We are a financial services business, specialising in life and disability insurances for individuals, families and business owners. As a division of Fitzpatrick and Co. Insurance Brokers, we have the systems and support of a large broker, paired with the personal approach of a boutique firm.

Our four advisers have over 50 years combined experience in financial services and work alongside support staff to ensure every client is properly looked after. Two of our advisers are also qualified Financial Planners who can provide advice in the areas of superannuation, investments, and retirement planning.

Our service goes beyond advisory

Our team can assist with advice on Life, Total & Permanent Disability, Trauma/Critical Illness and Income Protection insurance policies. We will tailor these to protect your business, family or yourself, working through the range of different policies from our insurance partners to find the one best suited to your conditions. Clear communication is paramount, so we always make sure our suggestions come in easy to understand terms.

Policy ownership structures are very important to maximise tax deductibility, avoid any unnecessary tax consequences upon claim payment and to ensure that in the event of a claim, the right money goes to the right people at the right time. Should you need to make a claim, we can manage the entire process, so you don’t have to deal directly with the insurer.

Luke Considine

Experience: Luke has been advising clients since 2006. Starting out in client services, he progressed quickly into paraplanning and eventually advising clients in the area of life and disability insurance advice. In 2009, he co-founded Fitzpatrick Financial Services and has since grown the business to a team of nine staff who service over 1500 clients.

Qualifications: Luke is a Certified Financial Planner® and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Role: Luke is the Managing Director of the business and provides life and disability insurance advice to business owners, professionals, young families and sole traders. He also provides financial planning advice to select clients on a fee for service basis.

Tanuja Pirie

Experience: Tanuja has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, providing strategic advice in personal insurance, business insurance, superannuation and financial planning. Tanuja joined the Fitzpatrick Financial Services team in 2016 and has made a huge difference in the way our clients are looked after each year.

Qualifications: Tanuja holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Role: Tanuja is a partner in the business and provides life and disability insurance advice to families, business owners, professionals and sole traders. She is an expert in all areas of life insurance, superannuation, group insurance and investments. Tanuja also provides financial planning advice to select clients on a fee for service basis.

Ben Day

Experience: Ben has over 25 years experience as a life and disability insurance adviser. He was trained by one of the best life insurance advisers in the business (his father) and has had experience advising all types of clients. Ben joined Fitzpatrick Financial Services as a contractor in 2014 and has since become an integral part of the team.

Qualifications: Ben has a Diploma of Financial Services.

Role: Ben is a partner in the business and is a specialist life risk adviser. He provides life and disability insurance advice to families, sole traders and business owners, and is an expert in income protection, trauma, life and total & permanent disability insurance.

Experience: Arthur is a Financial Adviser with over 10 years' experience in wealth management and financial planning. Arthur is passionate about helping clients from all walks of life by providing holistic advice solutions in personal risk protection, investments, superannuation and retirement planning.

Qualifications: Arthur is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from Monash University.

Role: Arthur provides comprehensive financial planning advice to both existing and new clients. Arthur also reviews our client's personal insurance portfolios with respect to their changing circumstances and objectives as well as product developments.

Jaclyn thrives off providing solutions and improving process efficiency to all aspects of the business. Role: Jaclyn provides ongoing support and assistance to Luke around business activities and performance. Jaclyn also oversees our paraplanning and client services team to ensure our clients are serviced at exceptional company standards whilst improving and refining processes within the business.

Raelene Donley

Experience: Raelene has extensive experience in financial services and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to clients and our team. With her warm nature, Raelene provides strong communication between insurers and our clients throughout the entire application process. She is also passionate about people and their wellbeing and ensures our clients are looked after during the claims process, putting trust and compassion where it's needed the most.

Role: Raelene implements new insurance applications and manages the underwriting process for new clients, together with providing ongoing support and assistance to clients during a claim. Raelene is also responsible for compliance management, ensuring the business adheres to the latest industry regulations and guidelines for all of our business processes, and for the training of any new staff members.

Shannon Parrott

Experience: A thorough and calm team member, Shannon has extensive experience in the smooth running of a team and provides the utmost level of care with our clients. Shannon's core strength is in her ability to provide a constructive approach to solutions with care and creates a nurturing environment for the team to thrive in their own abilities.

Role: Shannon implements new insurances applications and manages the underwriting process for our new clients. She also provides ongoing support and assistance to clients during a claim and is often the reference point for members of the team experiencing technological issues.

As a naturally passionate and dedicated person these attributes extend to her cultivating a positive workplace culture, organising team events and bonding.

Role: Alicia's role focuses on the ongoing servicing and communication with our clients, providing a source of contact for them and ensuring they are appropriately offered reviews every year. She also provides administrative assistance to all our advisers implementing a wide range of policy alterations. In addition, Alicia assists Luke within the marketing aspect of the business.

She couples this strength with having a relaxed nature and provides a bubbly and relatable approach to clients who enjoy having a chat with her while she looks after their policies.

Role: Josie implements the administrative processes in the Financial Planning aspect of the business as well as assisting clients with their premiums, payment related queries and various changes to their policies. Josie also leads the arrears processes providing support and guidance to our support staff where needed.
